Born in 1982 in Poland, I studied Fine Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. A recurring theme in my work is the tension between the components and the overall expression of the constructed object. Drawing inspiration from both nature and culture, I frequently return to symmetrical compositions and ornamentation, all while being deeply captivated by the Old Masters and Baroque drama. I work across various media, from objects and installations to two-dimensional images, most recently focusing on photographic composites. I currently reside in West Yorkshire, England.
